PT. Origin Wiracipta Lestari responsible for the BUG (if any) fixing, we provide 15 years warranty. In this case, BUG is the unnatural behavior of the program and miscalculation.
This warranty applies to both of customer type, who use after-sales service of OWL-Plantation system and customers who do not use the after-sales service as long as the source codes remains original.
